Clevedon Kidz Early Childhood Centre is a community based early childhood centre provided by Clevedon Presbyterian Church. We cater for children aged 3 months to 6 years, including a Nursery and Fantail and Tui rooms designed to accommodate the age appropriate stages of the children. Clevedon Kidz Early Childhood Centre provides the highest quality of nurture and care for children in a stimulating learning environment. We want the children to acquire a love for learning through active exploration and independent thinking in a way that will continue to influence their learning throughout their lives.
The centre curriculum is modeled on the principles of Te Whāriki, the National Early Childhood Curriculum which aims to support children's learning by developing a sense of Well-being, Belonging, Contribution, Communication and Exploration in a Childcare environment

Clevedon Kidz will be opening a new purpose-built Get Set 4 School Centre in Term 2 next year. This new centre designed specifically for 4 to 5 year olds will be licensed for 30 children and is to be an extension of  Clevedon Kidz, although it will be at an alternate location in Clevedon village.
Clevedon Kidz Get Set 4 School Centre will provide a stimulating learning environment with an extensive ICT, literacy and numeracy programme structured to further develop and enhance children’s learning within the curriculum areas. The focus of the Get Set 4 School Centre will be to provide an environment where children will have the opportunity to further develop their social skills and discover a sense of who they are through enquiring, developing and testing ideas and solutions. These skills combined will give them the necessary resources for when they start school.
